We will be serving the following 3 Pairings for $40 per person and Wine Club $35
Come tantalize your taste buds with Our Friday Night Flights featuring the following pairings:
Roasted Aubergine w/ Sundried Tomato Pesto. Sweet Mini Aubergine Eggplants, Roasted and sauced with our Sun Dried Tomato Pesto, Fresh Mozzarella, and Glazed w/ Balsamic Reduction. Garnished w/ Microgreens and Toasted Pine Nuts.
Linguine w/ Yuzu Clam Sauce. A Classic Italian dish with a Twist. Fresh Linguine is Paired with a Clam Scampi Sauce, made with wild caught clams, butter, garlic, White Wine, Fresh Mozzarella, and Tangy Yuzu. This fare is accompanied by Hard Shell Clams, & Yuzu Cream Sauce that is garnished w/ Fresh herbs
German Style Flank Steak Rouladen. Flank Steak Pounded Flat, next we wrap Andouille sausage, Pureed Wild Mushroom, & Sweet Gherkins inside of the Flank Steak Wrapper Creating a Rouladen. Then we slow roast the Meat with onions and beef broth. Finally we Enrobe Our Rouladen in a Rich and Luxurious Caramelized Onion Veloute. Garnished with Fresh Herbs
Each Guest must purchase their own ticket for the flight.
