Friday Night Flights

“Friday Night Flights”

September 20th from 4-8pm

We will be serving the following 3 Pairings for $45 per person and Wine Club $35

Come tantalize your taste buds with Our Friday Night Flights featuring the following pairings:

Seared Ahi Tuna Steak Pepperfin paired with 2022 Unoaked Chardonnay. Ahi Tuna, lightly dusted with Togarashi Spices and flash seared in a cast iron pan. Next we Slice the Ahi on a Bias and finally we rest each cut upon a bed of daikon cucumber tsukemono. Garnished w/ White Yuzu Ponzu.

Roasted Fig and Prosciutto Salad paired with 2020 Grenache. Spinach and Red Onion are combined w/ Roasted Rosemary Butternut Squash, Sliced Almonds, and Balsamic Fig Reduction. 

Flash Seared Lamb Chops 2020 Tiger Lily Ferocious Red. Two Lamb Chops are Lightly dusted w/ Salt Pepper, Togarashi and Orange Zest. Next we Flash Sear the chops to Medium Rare  before Plating upon a foundation of Cara Cara Polenta, and garnished w/ Chipotle Aioli and Microgreens.

Each Guest must purchase their own ticket for the flight.
