Saturday, November 2nd Kevin Whalen will be here from 4 – 7pm.
Kevin Whalen is a performing classic singer/songwriter covers on the piano spanning the 70s through today, including Billy Joel, Elton John, Paul Simon, Howard Jones, and John Mayer, just to name a few. When not playing solo, you can catch him performing with the iconic classic rock cover band Jax Hammer.
From 4 – 5pm we will start with Sautéed Onion Focaccia: 72 hour fermented Focaccia w/Sautéed Onions
At 5pm we will begin serving the following 3 Course Plated Dinner:
1st Course– Caesar Salad: Romaine, Shaved Parm, Croutons, and Creamy Caesar Dressing
2nd Course- Roast Pork Shoulder: 12 hour Slow Roasted Pork, Green Beans, & Sweet Maple Yams
3rd Course- Pumpkin Spicecream: Handmade Pumpkin, Cream, Sugar, and Holiday Spices.
