SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER, WINE & PIANO KICK OFF!!
Saturday, February 8th from 4-7pm we will have Acclaimed Pianist Jennifer Reason will be performing LIVE in the event room on our Baby Grand Piano.
She will be performing classic hits like Don’t Stop Believing, Hey Jude, Desperado, Sweet Caroline and more!
We will be serving a 3 Course Dinner:
We will begin with house made Rosemary Garlic Focaccia Bread, Olive Oil, Figged Balsamic Vinegar.
1st Course- Artichoke Salad, Red & Golden Beets, Kale, Shaved Fennel, Roasted Carrots, Honey Squash, Raisin Caper Vinaigrette, Goat Cheese, Balsamic Glaze
2nd Course- Kalbi Braised Short Rib, Chervil Root Puree, Forest Mushrooms, Elevation Red Demi Glacé
3rd Course- Chocolate Raspberry Pots De Crème
