SATURDAY NIGHT DINNER, WINE & PIANO!!
Saturday, March 29th from 4 – 7pm Dinner, Wine & Piano nights with esteemed pianist, Sherman Applegate.
Sherman will be playing a mix of light, classically influenced romantic piano, soundtrack themes. Hear songs like the Beatles Long and Winding Road, Cat Steven’s Father and Son, John Lennon’s Imagine and other pop music to enjoy the evening.
We will be serving the following 3 Course Dinner:
Starting with a Focaccia bread basket
1st Course – Autumn arugula and pear salad with toasted walnuts and blue cheese, and an orchard harvest vinaigrette.
2nd Course – Sierra Braised Velvet Ribs- Slow braised short ribs, in a rich balsamic- red wine sauce, served over soft, creamy cheese polenta, with tender roasted asparagus.
3rd Course – Vanilla bean panna cotta with mango coulis.
