Coming this month, we have two exciting new wines that will be released just in time for the holiday season. The first wine is our 2022 Savanna. This is our namesake blend named in honor of the owner of the winery’s daughter Savanna Czachorowski. We have been sold out of the Savanna for over a year now, and are very excited to be able to release the 2022 vintage. This wine is made up of four Bordeaux varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and also marks the first time our estate Petit Verdot is blended in our wines. We grafted just three rows of the unique and interesting varietal Petit Verdot to be solely used in our Savanna Wine. Petit Verdot adds the perfect complement to our Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. The 2022 Savanna is bold, dense, and complex with youthful fruit notes making this wine a serious yet lively wine. Enjoy it now upon release or age it for years to come.

The second wine to be released is our 2022 Fleur de Montagne. For those that don’t know our Fleur de Montagne is our Chateauneuf du Pape inspired Rhone blend. This is a Grenache dominant blend with Syrah, and Mourvèdre in smaller percentages. As a pioneer of growing and producing Rhone varietals The Fleur de Montagne has been a winery staple going back decades. The 2022 Vintage is fruit focused and elegant, with medium bodied tannins and balanced acidity. A truly versatile wine that is equally delicious paired with food or as enjoyed on its own. During a time of year filled with gatherings and get togethers with friends and family you can’t go wrong with either or both of these enticing new blends.
