Tasting Notes:

This Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a burst of red currant, black cherry, cigar box, and leathery aromas. The deep red color and firm tannic structure are signatures of our Ancient Vine Cabernet. Once on the palate you’ll taste red currant jam, red fig laced with cinnamon, bay leaf, and a hint of vanilla. This wine is great with a ribeye steak drizzled with bordelaise sauce or slowly cooked brisket.
