Tasting Notes:

Ruby colored with great clarity is the start to this stunning wine. The nose is filled with aromas of ripe red berries, cherries, potpourri and a slight cinnamon note. On the palate it reminiscent of raspberry pie with a slight herbaceousness. Moderate minus tannins and moderate acidity make it very versatile when pairing with food, as well as delicious on its own. Try it with braised lamb shank, cassoulet or even roasted turkey.
