Tasting Notes:

This blend of 60% Viognier and 40% Roussanne is distinctively different from the two individual varietals while retaining some characteristics of both. It has the apricot flavor and floral aromas from the Viognier while also integrating the honey, minerality and complexity of Roussanne.
