Tasting Notes:

Ripe raspberry and fresh oregano jump from the glass along with rose petal, blackberry and notes of wet stone. On the palate there is more of the raspberry and rose petal, along with hints of anise. It has a nice round, creamy mouthfeel with moderate acid and non-too assertive tannins. Pairs well with almost anything barbecued, but especially pork ribs and smoked brisket.
