Tasting Notes:

This wonderful Cabernet Franc opens with over ripe cherry, red plum, blueberry and raspberry but is deeply complex with additional aromas of violets, graphite, slate and pencil shavings. It is delicate yet powerful with a great mouthfeel. The tannins are firm but not overwhelming, and the acidity and alcohol play in perfect harmony with the tannins. Perfect for any special occasion, it is great with grilled steaks or lamb chops, or even some grilled portobello mushrooms.
