Tasting Notes:

A beautiful light ruby color. Aromas jump from the glass and include Kirsch, raspberry, cranberry, strawberry, cinnamon, dried herbs and fresh tobacco leaf. The tannins are soft but present and the acid is moderate. Perfect on its own or when paired with duck, goose, and even turkey.
