Tasting Notes:

This Mourvèdre is a deep ruby color. Dark fruit notes like plum, blackberry, and blueberry are found on the nose as well as white pepper, toasted oak, and hints of anise, clove and leather. Medium bodied, but full on flavor from the entry to the long finish. Try it with slow braised or stewed meats.
