This wine is concentrated, with aromas of blackberry, blueberry, clove, violet and toasty oak on the nose. The flavors on the palate are plum, mulberry, cardamom, cream soda, vanilla cream and grapefruit zest, with a dry, long finish. Decant and enjoy with grilled pork chop.
