Our 2021 Tiger Lily Ferocious Red is a wine that most embodies the tiger in our Tiger Lilly wines. Untamed, and unrestrained this wine is a blend of Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Both of our Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah Vineyards produce exceptional fruit quality, and are approaching nearly fifty years in age. This wine is big, bold, and dense with inky dark color. Black fruit, and notes of dark cherry intertwine with warm spice and lead to a chocolate cocoa finish. Firm tannins and balanced acidity will allow this to age nicely for up to ten or more years. Enjoy with grilled meats or rich buttery pasta dishes.
