Tasting Notes:

Our very first vintage of Picpoul Blanc opens with aromas of green apple, candied lemon peel, and orange blossom accompanied by honey dew, pear, wet stones and a hint of beeswax. It is dry, crisp, and clean on the palate with more of the citrus flavors shining through and bright, racy acidity that Picpoul is known for. A very playful yet serious wine. It is great all year, but especially in the summertime. Pair it with oysters or other light seafood dishes and you are in for a treat.
