Tasting Notes:

We are proud to be one of the few Sierra Foothill wineries that grow and produce our own Picpoul Blanc. This semi- obscure varietal will soon be gaining in prestige and notoriety. Beautifully poignant aromatics filled with orange blossom, lemon balm, and sweet grass entice the senses. The palate sings of citrus with lemon, grapefruit, and lime notes in the entry. The finish is clean and crisp with just a touch of minerality.
