1st Course – Mixed Greens with strawberries and blueberries, candied walnuts and feta cheese with a balsamic vinaigrette and French  bread.

2nd Course –  Angel Hair Pasta with Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce and Shrimp OR Angel Hair Pasta with Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce and Grilled Pork Tenderloin OR for Vegetarians –  Angel Hair Pasta with the Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce and Chickpeas. All with a side of peas and mushrooms.

3rd Course- Hummingbird Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting (Hummingbird Cake is made with bananas, pineapple, pecans and coconut in spiced cake).

Kids – Grilled Cheese Sandwich, chips and a cookie with a glass of OJ.
