Wine tasting through the Vineyard with food pairings at 4 different stations in the Vineyards.

Below is the list of pairings

2019 Chardonnay Barrel Aged – Paired with caramelized onions and apples on flatbread topped with crumbled blue cheese

2019 Provocateur – Paired with brie, tangerine and grape skewers with honey drizzle and lemon zest

2018 Mourvedre – Paired with mushroom tartine (toasted boule spread with goat cheese and topped with mushrooms sautéed in butter, shallots and garlic)

2018 Tiger Lily Cabernet Sauvignon – Paired with meatballs in a spicy bbq sauce (made with the TL Cab!)
