Celebrate the Holiday Season with some Sparkling Specials for all of your holiday party needs!

This year we will have Pianist Damian West live in our event room on our Baby Grand Piano from 2 – 5pm.

Damian West is a 16 year old who attends Eldorado high school. He’s a musician who’s played the piano for 14 years as well as 26 other instruments, and enjoys using his talents to impact others in a positive way!

We will have 3 pairing with Sparking wine and a dessert.

Pairings Catered by Capital Sierra below:

1. Brut Reserve- crostini spread with fig jam, topped with brie cheese & prosciutto & arugula w/balsamic glaze drizzle.

2. Sparkling Rose- Cremini mushrooms stuffed with spinach, artichoke, cream cheese & herbs topped with parmesan.

3. Brut- Gourmet Mac & Cheese with sharp cheddar, gouda & parmesan cheese topped with herbed breadcrumbs.

Dessert- Buttery Lemon Shortbread dipped in white chocolate.
