Unoaked Chardonnay 2019

A lovely pale lemon color, this wine opens with aromas of yellow apple, pear, and butterscotch. On the palate it is packed with flavor. The apple and pear notes return and are joined by pineapple. The malolactic fermentation gives it a creamy mouthfeel, but the stainless-steel aging keeps it bright and fresh.

Paired with a Savory Pear Tart – Puff pastry with pears, Gorgonzola, honey, and walnuts topped with a balsamic glaze

Fleur de Montagne 2018

Meaning “Flower of the Mountain” this is a wonderfully smooth, ruby colored red blend. Aromas of ripe cherry and strawberry along with cola are accompanied by dried flowers and hints of cinnamon and white pepper. Smooth and easy drinking, yet with a great depth of flavor that makes it delicious on its own, or paired with a wide variety of dishes.

Paired with a cherry and strawberry compote over Brie with Water Crackers

Syrah Red Rock Ridge 2018

Hailing from the oldest Syrah Vineyard in the Sierra Foothills, our beautiful, deep, ruby colored 2018 Red Rock Ridge Syrah opens with aromas of candied plum, black cherry and fig. These are accompanied by prune, potpourri and hints of dried rosemary and fresh green beans. It has big yet round tannins and is smooth and full bodied. It is excellent to drink now or lay down for a few years. Pairs superbly with roast lamb, venison or beef.

Paired with Penne Rigate with a creamy mushroom, bacon and thyme Sauce

White Fig Dessert Wine 2019

Named for the beautiful White Fig tree in our picnic area, the 2019 White Fig opens with warm aromas of sweet pineapple, mango and baked apple accompanied by notes of soft white flowers, honey, beeswax and vanilla. It is rich and luscious on the palate, with more of the tropical notes and caramel coming through. It coats the whole palate and has a long lingering finish. Serve slightly chilled. It goes great with blue cheeses, foie gras, or any warm, cozy spot on a cold day.

Paired with Cheesecake with a mango coulis
