This year we will have Pianist Damian West live in our event room on our Baby Grand Piano from 2-6pm.

Damian West is a 16 year old who attends Eldorado high school. He’s a musician who’s played the piano for 14 years as well as 26 other instruments, and enjoys using his talents to impact others in a positive way!

​Holiday Bubble & Bites Pairings Catered by Capital Sierra:

1. Brut Reserve – Dried apricots stuffed with goat cheese, topped with walnuts and a honey drizzle
2. Sparkling Rose – Smoked Salmon toasts with cream cheese, red onion, capers and dill
3. Brut – Antipasti skewers-mozzarella balls, roasted red pepper, salami, artichoke hearts and green olives
