Valentines Day is right around the corner and what better way to celebrate than enjoying some brunch and a mimosa (or multiple mimosas ;)) at our beautiful winery??
Sierra Capital Catering will be here serving up some delicious food and your first mimosa is included in the price!
More mimosas and all of our other wines are available for purchase. More food details to follow.
Sunday February 13th we have 2 brunch seating times 10:30am & 12:30pm
**PLEASE SELECT ONE OF THE ENTREE’S LISTED BELOW WHEN MAKING YOUR RESERVATION**
1. Scrambled Eggs w/Cream Cheese & Chives.
2. A Gruyere, Bacon, Spinach Egg Scramble
3. Breakfast Pizza-Naan Bread w/Prosciutto,
Spinach, red onion w/a fried egg or Vegetarian-
Naan bread topped w/cream cheese, spinach,
tomatoes, mozzarella cheese topped w/an egg.
Entree’s served with a Mimosa, made with Sierra Vista’s Sparkling wine plus a Buffet with the following:
Fresh Fruit Salad- seasonal fruit served w/vanilla yogurt & granola, Mixed Greens & Arugula Salad- w/roasted red grapes & almonds w/lemon vinaigrette, Baked French Toast Casserole w/maple whip cream, Bacon & Sausage, Potato Hash- roasted red potatoes
red pepper, red onion, garlic, salt & pepper.
Children’s brunch offered- Scrambled Eggs, w/Fresh Fruit Salad, Baked French Toast Casserole plus Bacon, Sausage & Hashbrowns for additional $15 Catered by Capital Sierra.
Plus a Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Brownie from California Flour.
