You are currently holding in your hand a piece of Sierra Vista history. Our 2021 Cabernet Franc is the first estate Cabernet Franc we have produced, and thus we are very excited to introduce it. This wine showcases the balance of fruit, tannin, and spice that is specifically unique to this varietal. Dark cherry, dried cranberry, and a hint of green chile are present in the entry. Plush yet structured tannins give this wine backbone while notes of clove, nutmeg, red currant, and sage round out the finish.
